Aseem Gupta began his professional career in the IT industry, spending 18 years in leadership and management roles. In recent years, he has transitioned into entrepreneurship and now leads multiple businesses across education, healthcare, hospitality, and—over the past few years—the construction sector.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering, a Postgraduate qualification in Management, a Certification in Global Business Leadership (Harvard Business School), and has completed the Managerial Excellence Program (Duke University).
He also holds both residential and commercial builder licences.

Dr Rashi Gupta is a renowned dentist with a strong reputation in the dental sector. She plays a major role in leading and managing the group’s healthcare businesses, ensuring high clinical standards and a patient-first approach.
She holds a BDSc, PG Dip Clin Dent (Oral Implants), Sydney, POS – Orthodontics (Honours), Melbourne, and a Master Clinician Course in Implantology (Los Angeles).
In addition to her clinical leadership, Dr Rashi oversees the strategic direction of the group—guiding growth, service expansion, and long-term planning across the portfolio.
