Gupta Group owns and operates ten businesses across Norlane and Hoppers Crossing, led by Mr Aseem Gupta and Dr Rashi Gupta. It designs and builds the places it runs, from a dental practice first opened in 1974 to the Geelong Healthcare Precinct.

Aseem spent 18 years in leadership and management roles in the IT industry before moving into entrepreneurship. As Chief Executive Officer he leads the Group and its education, hospitality and construction businesses, and oversees its property.

A dentist with postgraduate training in oral implants and orthodontics, Rashi is a Director of the Group and leads its healthcare businesses. Through ImplanTalk, she also mentors other dentists in implant dentistry.

The Geelong Healthcare Precinct brings dental, day-procedure, medical, childcare and café services together on one Norlane site, with consulting suites leased to independent practitioners.
Conceived by Dr Rashi and Mr Aseem Gupta after a decade assembling land along the highway, and designed by DS Architects, the precinct opened in 2023. It is the Group's home and its largest investment in the community it has served since 1974.
The Group's two Montessori centres now share one name.
