A family group that builds what it runs
Gupta Group is a privately owned group based in Norlane, Geelong. From Victoria's west, it owns and operates ten businesses across healthcare, early education, disability and community care, hospitality and construction, including the Geelong Healthcare Precinct.
From one dental practice to a precinct
The Group grew from Norlane Dental, a practice founded in 1974 that Dr Rashi Gupta and Mr Aseem Gupta acquired and expanded. Over the following decade they assembled land along Princes Highway, and in 2023 opened the Geelong Healthcare Precinct, bringing dental, day-procedure, medical, childcare and café services together on one site.
A second site at 483 Sayers Road in Hoppers Crossing houses Sayers Dental Aesthetics & Implants and Montessori Minds Hoppers Crossing. In 2026 the Group added ARG Care, its first business in disability and community care.
How the Group works
Three things set Gupta Group apart from a collection of unrelated small businesses.
Owner-operated
The owners work in the businesses. Dr Rashi Gupta is principal dentist at both practices and mentors other dentists through ImplanTalk; Mr Aseem Gupta is a registered builder and leads the education, hospitality and construction businesses day to day.
Place-based
Every business operates from Norlane or Hoppers Crossing, in communities the Group has served for decades. Investment stays local: the Precinct created a healthcare hub in Geelong's north, and both childcare centres serve local families.
Build and run
Altos Constructions, the Group's builder, constructs the places the Group operates, from childcare centres to day procedure facilities, so design, construction and operation answer to the same standards.

Dr Rashi Gupta and Mr Aseem Gupta acquire Norlane Dental and begin assembling land along Princes Highway.
Hoppers Crossing Montessori Centre opens at 483 Sayers Road. Sayers Dental Aesthetics & Implants opens on the same site.
Planning permit granted for the Geelong Healthcare Precinct.
Construction begins with a sod-turning ceremony in February.
Norlane Dental relocates to the Precinct in June. The precinct opens late in the year, including Geelong Sleep Dentistry, a medical centre and Montessori Minds Childcare & Kindergarten.
Forestry Cafe opens at the Precinct.
Montessori Minds recognised at the Geelong Business Excellence Awards and by Early Childhood Australia.
ARG Care launches. Hoppers Crossing Montessori Centre becomes Montessori Minds Hoppers Crossing.
Investing in Norlane and Wyndham
The Group's businesses are part of the daily life of two growing communities.
The Geelong Healthcare Precinct was conceived to give Norlane a healthcare precinct the community could be proud of, and its buildings were designed to respond to the homes around them. Montessori Minds welcomes families from more than 60 nationalities and was recognised in 2025 for inclusion and accessibility. ARG Care extends the Group's work into disability support.
