About Geelong Healthcare Precinct
The Geelong Healthcare Precinct brings dental, day-procedure, medical, pharmacy, childcare and café services together on one site at 21–29 Princes Highway, Norlane, opposite Bunnings North Geelong. Designed by DS Architects and completed in 2023, the precinct was conceived by Dr Rashi Gupta and Mr Aseem Gupta after a decade assembling land along the highway.
The precinct is owned and managed by Gupta Group. It houses Norlane Dental, Geelong Sleep Dentistry, Montessori Minds Childcare & Kindergarten, Forestry Cafe, ARG Care and Altos Constructions, alongside tenants including Orbit Medical Centre and Allied Health and a pharmacy. Consulting suites are leased to independent practitioners.
