Strategic direction, healthcare and dental education
Dr Rashi Gupta has practised dentistry for more than two decades. She began her career in dental clinics across Melbourne, including the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne, and has since focused her clinical work on implant dentistry, from single implants to full-arch treatment.
She is principal dentist at Norlane Dental Aesthetics & Implants and Sayers Dental Aesthetics & Implants, and owns Geelong Sleep Dentistry, the day procedure facility on Level 1 of the Geelong Healthcare Precinct.
Alongside her postgraduate qualifications in oral implants and orthodontics, Rashi has continued her implant training on four continents, including the Master Clinician Program in Implant Dentistry at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in the United States, and further implant courses in Brazil, Portugal and Colombia.
She founded ImplanTalk to pass that experience on to other dentists. Its mentoring program takes dentists through three stages, observing, assisting and then treating under her supervision, in a working operating theatre at Geelong Sleep Dentistry. ImplanTalk also runs full-day courses, clinical webinars and the ImplanTalk Conversations podcast.
In 2022 Passion Vista recognised Rashi as one of its Global Women Leaders.
As a Director of Gupta Group she leads and manages its healthcare businesses, with a focus on clinical standards and patient care, and shapes the strategic direction of the Group: growth, service expansion and long-term planning across the portfolio.
