Geelong Healthcare Precinct opens on Princes Highway
Dental, day-procedure, medical, childcare and café services on one Norlane site.
The Geelong Healthcare Precinct at 21–29 Princes Highway has opened, bringing together Norlane Dental’s new home, a day procedure facility, a medical centre and pharmacy, a childcare and kindergarten centre and a café.
Designed by DS Architects and more than a decade in the making, the precinct was conceived by Dr Rashi Gupta and Mr Aseem Gupta to give Norlane a healthcare precinct the community could be proud of. The buildings’ brick materiality and angled roofs respond to neighbouring homes, and the childcare centre was planned using Vastu Shastra principles.
The site offers 78 car parks, 10 bike parks and an ambulance bay, with consulting suites available for lease.
